  • 40% Off Sitewide: Applies to regular-priced items only for online purchases.

  • Exclusions: Cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Offer not valid in physical retail locations.

 


 

Exchanges Only Policy:

  • During special sales, items are final sale.

  • Exchanges for a different size or color are allowed, subject to availability. Shipping fees may apply for returns and exchanges.

  • No Price Adjustments: No adjustments will be made for previous purchases or orders due to inventory availability.

 


 

Order Policy:

  • Once an order is placed, no changes or cancellations can be made, it is automatically processed and we are unable to change or cancel it. 

  • The discount is not redeemable for cash or gift cards and cannot be transferred to another purchase.

  • If you need to change or return an item that was ordered in error, please return it to us as soon as possible. For adding items to a recent order, please place a new order.

 


 

Returns Policy:

  • Returns are strictly limited to exchanges within 14 days of delivery, if eligible.

  • If an exchange replacement is not available due to inventory issues, customers can contact our team to request an online credit note (no expiration date).

  • No Refunds: We are not issuing refunds under any circumstances, and there are no exceptions to this policy.

  • Carriers: All Point Zero products are shipped via FedEx, Purolator, and Canada Post (subject to change).
