Order Policy:

Once an order is placed, no changes or cancellations can be made, it is automatically processed and we are unable to change or cancel it.

If you need to change or return an item that was ordered in error, please return it to us as soon as possible. For adding items to a recent order, please place a new order.
Returns Policy:

Returns are strictly limited to exchanges within 14 days of delivery, if eligible.

If an exchange replacement is not available due to inventory issues, customers can contact our team to request an online credit note (no expiration date).
