Shipping Methods

Please allow 3-5 business days for handling time. Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, your items will be delivered based on the shipping method you select.

Currently, all Point Zero products are shipped via Fedex, Purolator and Canada Post (subject to change).

Important Notice: Due to an increase in orders during the sales period, there may be delays in the shipment or delivery of your order.

If you have received a tracking number and need an update on your shipment, please contact the courier directly to avoid any delays.

Free Standard Shipping Offer
Free standard shipping is available on orders of $150 or more placed online at www.pointzero.ca for shipments within Canada and the USA. No promo code is required to redeem free shipping.
The $150 minimum is calculated after discounts and before taxes. This offer is not valid on previous purchases and is subject to change without notice.

Shipping Times

  • Orders within Canada are shipped within 3-10 business days of placing the order.
  • Orders to the United States will ship within 3-10 business days, depending on the selected shipping method.

Partial Shipments
At times, when a customer places an order for multiple products, items may be delivered in multiple shipments rather than all at once. Partial shipping improves the customer experience when an entire order cannot be fulfilled at one time, for example, when some items are backordered or delayed, or if items can be delivered more quickly if sourced from different warehouses. This allows the customer to receive each item as soon as it becomes available.

Delivery Attempts
The courier service will attempt to deliver your package twice. If the package cannot be safely delivered, a notice will be left to inform you of the pickup location. The notice will include the address of the pickup point and its hours of operation. Please check your tracking number for additional details.

Items Returned To Sender
Packages may be returned to our warehouse if they are undeliverable due to incorrect addressing, refused at the point of delivery, or not picked up from the pickup location within a specified time frame. If the item is returned, Point Zero reserves the right to initiate the refund process after 3 business days if no response is received from the customer.
Please note that all shipping fees, including any additional return shipping fees as determined by Purolator, will be deducted from the refund amount.
Returned orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Special Orders
Special Orders (pre-orders or backorders) allow you to purchase items before they are in stock. As soon as the item is available, we will ship it directly to you. While we make every effort to ship your Special Order by the expected date, sometimes delays may occur due to supply chain issues. Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive in 3-5 business days.

Welcome 15% Off Policy
We are excited to welcome new Point Zero subscribers! The Welcome 15% promotion code is valid for one-time use only and must be redeemed during the purchase process. It cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. This discount is applicable only to regularly priced merchandise before taxes. Adjustments will not be made for previous purchases, and the discount cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalents. 
Please note, the products are not considered final sale, and returns or exchanges are allowed based on our return policy.

Can I Change or Cancel an Order?
Once an order is placed, it is automatically processed and we are unable to change or cancel it. We are not responsible for any mistakes made while placing the order. If you need to change or return an item that was ordered in error, please return it to us as soon as possible. For adding items to a recent order, please place a new order.
